Privacy policy amended

The PicoList mailer has been revised to include
the email address of the sender in the 'replyto' field of the
message in order to make it possible for subscribers to reply
directly to the sender.
As a result of this change, sender email addresses are now visible
to message recipients, and the
PicoList privacy policy has
been amended accordingly.
